Cancellation Policy
Consultation Cancellation and No-Show Policy To maintain the efficiency and fairness of our scheduling system, the following policy applies to all complimentary consultations: Cancellations: Cancellations must be made no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made less than 15 minutes before the scheduled session will incur a $5 charge. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will also result in a $5 charge. By scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
